- Justin Gasper, MD, is Assistant Professor and Assistant Program Director in the Department of Medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Gasper completed his medical degree at the University of Washington School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency and chief residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Beth Israel, and received the Housestaff Quality and Patient Safety Award. During his final year as Chief Resident, he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society.
Dr. Gasper’s clinical interests include cancer screening, addiction medicine, and the prevention of cardiovascular disease. His current research focuses on preparing resident physicians for practicing in the changing healthcare landscape.
