Julius Oatts, MD, is an ophthalmologist based in Philadelphia, PA with subspecialties in childhood glaucoma and pediatric ophthalmology. He completed his residency in ophthalmology at the University of California, San Francisco, followed by a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology at Harvard Medical School/Boston Children's Hospital.
