Julie Phelps, MD, is a Family Medicine specialist based in Waterville, ME. She completed her education with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Haverford College and studied medicine at Geisel School of Medicine, Dartmouth, graduating in 1997. She then embarked on residencies at Greater Lawrence Family Health Center and MultiCare Health System (Tacoma) between 1997 and 2001.
