Overview of Dr. Clary

Julie Clary, MD, is a cardiologist based in Indianapolis, IN, specializing in preventive cardiology. She completed her medical education, residency in Internal Medicine, and fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at Indiana University School of Medicine and subsequently joined the faculty in 2015. Currently, she is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine and Vice Chair for Clinical Affairs for the Department of Medicine at IU. Dr. Clary's expertise includes inherited cholesterol disorders, advanced lipidology, and preventive cardiology, as well as organizational administration. Her research contributions include multiple publications, notably on topics like antithrombotic therapy complications, in-hospital mortality prediction in coronary interventions, and clinic efficiency using LEAN Six Sigma techniques.
