Summary

  • I retired from the practice of Gynecology in June 2020. I am a certified yoga instructor interested in supporting wellness and providing tools for resilience and health with yoga, including meditation. I also teach classes on yoga philosophy and its relevance in modern life. I offer individual sessions in person and online and workshops through my business, Purna Yoga LLC, (www.purnayoga.world) and I teach studio classes at Lotus Flower Yoga in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
