• Dr. Judd H Fastenberg is a board-certified Otolaryngologist- Head & Neck Surgeon affiliated with Long Island Jewish Medical Center and North Shore University Hospital of Northwell Health, as well as an Assistant Professor at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine of Hofstra/Northwell. Dr. Fastenberg received his medical degree from Albany Medical College and completed residency training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He then completed a fellowship in Rhinology & Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals in Philadelphia. His primary clinical focus is in the surgical treatment of disorders affecting the nose, sinuses and skull base, including chronic rhinosinusitis, nasal obstruction, chronic nasal drainage, sinonasal malignancies and skull base and orbital tumors. In addition, he has expertise in providing patients with the most up-to-date medical treatment and office-based sinus care. Dr. Fastenberg is also part of a multi-disciplinary team at Northwell Health that specializes in management of pituitary tumors and other tumors of the anterior skull base.
