Summary
- As a child and adolescent psychiatrist, my clinical practice focuses on the mental and emotional health of our community‘s youth. I primarily practice in the outpatient setting both in urban and suburban areas. I also dedicate a significant portion of my work to collaborative care, providing consultations to pediatricians with the goal of increasing their comfort level working with children‘s psychiatric concerns. This allows me to extend my reach to as many children and adolescents as possible. I emphasize communication and collaboration with families, therapists, pediatricians, and school supports to create a comprehensive treatment team for each child. I also work with and supervise medical students, residents, and fellows through the medical school, the psychiatry residency program, and the child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship.
