  He received his Bachelor's degree from UCLA in Biochemistry (one of the most competitive majors), graduating Summa Cum Laude (top 1-2% of his class). He then attended medical school at the world-renowned Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he developed his interest for plastic surgery.
