- I am a medical student currently on a leave of absence from the IU School of Medicine's Indianapolis campus to take part in the MedSTAR Research Program. I hope to pursue a career in reconstructive plastic surgery, and am particularly interested in nerve repair, biomedical engineering, and innovation in surgical techniques
