Jonathan Rosen, MD, is a family medicine specialist based in Bristol, CT. He graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1976 and completed his residency at the University of Virginia Medical Center in 1979. He currently serves as a consultant at Lincoln Financial. Dr. Rosen has published articles in notable journals, including "Physicians Can Help Patients Begin Grieving Process for Loss of a Loved One" in American Family Physician and "The Impact of a Mental Health Crisis Respite upon Clients’ Symptom Distress" in Community Mental Health Journal. Throughout his career, he has received several recognitions, including the CMS Meaningful Use Stage 1 Certification and Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance. He was Chairman of the Connecticut Center of Primary Care.
