Dr. Frankel is a Cleveland native who returned home upon the completion of his surgical training. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania and went on to achieve a Doctor of Medicine degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, where he received the Medicine Legacy Award. Dr. Frankel excelled during his five-year surgical residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University Hospitals Case Medical Center, and was then selected for a prestigious fellowship of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Dr. Frankel’s extensive training in Head and Neck and Facial Plastic Surgery gives him a unique understanding of the form and function of the face. He was initially drawn to this field by his background in fine arts, and he particularly loves the marriage of art and medicine in Facial Cosmetic Surgery. He is a face and neck specialist who has a focused interest in facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, skin resurfacing, and facial contouring with aesthetic injectables.
