Dr. Jonathan Bella is a cardiovascular specialist based in Bronx, NY, specializing in echocardiography, cardiothoracic imaging, and non-invasive cardiology. He completed his medical education at the University of the East College of Medicine in 1989, followed by residencies in internal medicine at Montefiore Medical Center and a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Weill Cornell Medical Center. Since 2005, he has served as Chief at BronxCare Health System. Dr. Bella's expertise includes electrocardiography, echocardiography, and the management of aortic disease, valve disease and hypertensive heart disease. His recent publications have focused on diverse topics such as cardiogenic shock in Hispanic patients and the effects of SGLT2 inhibitors on cardiac mechanics.
