  • Research Assistant at SUNY Upstate Medical UniversityInvestigated the effect of aphidicolin and MMS on DNA replication in Saccharomyces cerevisiae by mapping DNA breakage sites through microarray. Demonstrated a slowed replication fork with 100ug/ml aphidicolin using flow cytometry.2010 - 2010
