- The Stewart Home & School is a family founded family operated private year-round boarding facility for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, established in 1893. After 32 years practicing general + vascular surgery in Lexington I became in 2014 the fifth generation chairman and CMO of this 300 resident special needs school with its 365 day student health, and CEO in 2020.
