He stayed at Wayne State and completed a 1 year internship in General Surgery and 4 year residency in Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery. A 1 year fellowship thru the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery completed his training. Dr. Rachel now is board certified with 1) The American Board of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery 2) The American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery 3) The American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and 4) American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery.
