Dr. John Malcynski is a general surgeon based in Lake Worth, FL, with subspecialties in trauma surgery and surgical critical care. He completed his surgical residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock/Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital and a fellowship in surgical critical care at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. He graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1991. Dr. Malcynski has expertise in all aspects of general surgery, trauma surgery and surgical critical care as well as acute care surgery. His research includes publications on nitric oxide scavengers in distributive shock and the use of acetazolamide in rhabdomyolysis-induced renal failure. He has been recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Fellow in the American College of Chest Physicians.
Dr. Malcynski presently works at Global Vein Specialists in Lake Worth Beach, Florida where he joined the company October 15 of 2024.
