- I am a Surgical Oncologist and Transplant Surgeon,Board Certified in Surgical Critical Care and General Surgery, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and Professor of Surgery at LSU Health Sciences Center. We have a special interest in Neuroendocrine Tumors and Rare Cancers, having performed over 2000 complex operations for metastatic and advanced tumors.Our multispecialty clinic is responsible for caring for approximately 3,000 patients with Neuroendocrine tumors. We also perform Histotripsy, a non-invasive method of obliterating cancers with ultrasound, participate in several clinical trials and provide advanced forms of therapy.
