• Dr. Jacob is a Board Certified Internist who firmly believes in making health every individual's primary concern. Even though we live in the most developed country in the world, recent data shows our population as a whole suffers from uncontrolled chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and cholesterol with worse health outcomes than many third world countries. He wants to change that outlook and work as a Primary Physician to help patients obtain their best health today. Dr. Jacob is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. He stays up-to-date with current guidelines and practices a patient centered approach to clinical medicine.
