Summary

• I am a board certified Family Physician, currently serving as a Family Physician at Kaiser Permanente Cascade Medical Center in Atlanta, GA. For 4 years previous to this, I served as the Medical Director at Good Samaritan Health Center of Cobb, in Marietta, GA. I am committed to serving my God & using my medical skills to help poor, underserved, medically needy people.
  After completing my Family Practice Residency training at US Naval Hospital Jacksonville, FL in 1992, I served as a US Navy Family Physician at the Naval Hospital in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba for two years, then at the Naval Hospital in Millington, TN, for one year. I then left the military & served as a Family Physician at Rural Medical Services in Newport, TN for 3 years, from 1995 - 1998, before going to serve as a missionary doctor in Tanzania from March 1999 through July 2016.
  I returned to work in the USA after my father became ill. I served as a Hospitalist & Urgent Care physician at Rochelle Community Hospital in Rochelle, IL -- working on alternating weeks -- helping care for my elderly parents during my off-work weeks, until my father died -- when my family & I moved to Atlanta.
