Dr. Jodi-Ann Edwards was born in Jamaica and raised in South Florida. She attended FAU CESCOM and is a general surgery resident at SUNY Downstate HSU in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Edwards is passionate about both basic science and clinical research. She is a mother, community advocate, mentor and volunteer. She aims to educate, mentor, and inspire future generations by becoming an academic surgeon.
