Manuscript is under preparation as first author.2020 - 2021
  • Nephrology FellowSonographic technologies can estimate extravascular lung water (EVLW) in hemodialysis (HD) patient. I investigated the suitability of a handheld scanner in contrast to a portable scanner for quantifying EVLW in hospitalized HD patients . Results were published as the first author in Cardiorenal Med.2020 - 2021
  • Nephrology FellowEvaluated patients with primary membranous nephropathy (MN) for the presence of anti-complement factor H (CFH) antibodies to determine whether anti-CFH antibodies correlated with outcomes following treatment in the clinical setting of MN. Results were published as the co-first author in CJASN.2020 - 2021
  • Nephrology FellowComprehensively evaluated clinical and histological characteristics to identify the predictors of finding a genetic diagnosis in individuals with a FSGS lesion on the kidney biopsy. Results were published as the first author in Mayo Clinic Proceedings.2020 - 2021

Results were published as the first author in Kidney Int.2010 - 2012
  • PhD candidateIn puromycin aminonucleoside nephropathy rat, we identified five novel podocyte cytoskeletal proteins using microarray analysis, and proved that they were associated with the dynamic changes of foot processes and podocyte injury.
