Summary
- I am a Beverly Hills Cosmetic Dermatologist, in solo independent practice for over 20 years. After graduating Harvard Medical School, I set out for Los Angeles, where I completed my Dermatology residency at USC. Shortly thereafter, I opened my own office.
* Practicing independently allowed me to pursue a wide variety of interests: clinical research as Investigator in Phase III clinical trials; teaching and mentoring; and even serving as Medical Advisor to animal patients at the Los Angeles Zoo. Along the way, I've developed two skincare lines sold at Nordstrom and Costco, and authored Feed Your Face: Younger, Smoother Skin and a Beautiful Body in 28 Delicious Days.
* While I am fortunate to call my own shots, I see that many in our field are burdened by the financial demands of running a practice; or burned out by being an employed physician. The current system is not sustainable.
* In this spirit, I founded RESIDEN, a system that uses proprietary technology and AI to make doctors' lives easier. Our team of engineers spent 4 years developing the system and in Fall of 2023, we implemented it in two large office facilities in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles. Our physicians book exam rooms online by the day, with no minimum commitment. No more need for a long-term lease. Our tech lowers overhead by automating many functions, greatly reducing need for staff, including receptionists.
* Doctors at any stage in their careers deserve flexibility, autonomy, and control over their own time. It's my mission to provide an option that caters to doctors and restores the joy of practicing medicine. www.Residen.com
