Hi! I go by Jess. I've been a psychiatric nurse practitioner for 2 years now and have practiced for 1.5 years. I treat ages 6+ and enjoy helping with all psychiatric conditions, however I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, and bipolar disorder.

I like to take the time to get to know my clients and the circumstances leading up to their current presentation. I diagnose and treat per evidence-based practice, but I also always consider my client's personal preferences while weighing treatment options.

You can expect to set goals together for improvement in presenting symptoms. Those goals will be based on a realistic timeline given the chosen treatment method.
