- I’m a Primary Care Physician, Coach, and Startup cofounder working on several initiatives focused on addressing this fundamental question: Why is it so damn hard, and so damn expensive, to be healthy in this country...and what can we do about it?
My work is grounded in the belief that true healing isn’t found in clinics or pill bottles but in our own intrinsic healing abilities and our relationship with the world around us. I believe the natural world offers lessons in simplicity, balance, and resilience and love leading people to aha moments through nature immersion. Living a healthy life should be easy, simple, and affordable, which is sadly not the case in America. If this keeps you up at night too, let's chat.
