Dr. Krakauer is board certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism with permanent Internal Medicine certification. He is the author of DXA-PNIM™ software for analyzing total body DXA scans, and developed A Body Shape Index (ABSI) with his son, Dr. Nir Y. Krakauer.
