- Jeremy L. Fogelson, M.D., is a neurosurgeon who is fellowship-trained in complex spinal deformity surgery for both adults and children. He specializes in surgical and non-operative care for congenital, adolescent, and adult acquired spinal deformities, as well as revision spinal surgery including failed spinal fusions. Dr. Fogelson will use less invasive or minimally invasive strategies when appropriate. He also treats degenerative spine conditions in the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine.
Caring for patients is his primary focus, but additionally Dr. Fogelson is an educator for both residents and spine fellows, and active researcher focused on clinical outcomes in spine surgery. He carries administrative responsibilities as the Community Division Chair of Neurological Surgery in the Midwest (Mayo Clinic Health System), and Chair of Surgical Facilities Subcommittee for Mayo Midwest (Mayo Clinic Rochester and Mayo Clinic Health System).
