- I am a board certified nephrologist. I completed my nephrology fellowship at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN. I have experience and actively practice ICU/hospital/outpatient nephrology, chronic kidney disease, kidney stones, hypertension and dialysis. I have a strong interest in home dialysis and believe that short of a transplant this is the best option for many patients with ESRD, often providing significant improvement in independence, quality of life and even survival.
