Dr. Jennifer Wong is a seasoned cardiologist based in Fountain Valley, CA with subspecialties in Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, Exercise Physiology, and Cardiac Rehabilitation. Her extensive education includes two Fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine/UCLA Medical Center, and residencies in Internal Medicine and Nuclear Medicine at the University of California (San Diego) Medical Center. Dr. Wong is an alumnus of University of California San Diego School of Medicine, graduating in 2002. She has been awarded the CMS Meaningful Use Stage 1 Certification from Patient Chart Manager EHR by Prime Clinical Systems in 2011 and 2013-2014 and is recognized as a Fellow (FACC) by the American College of Cardiology.
