Summary

I graduated from the UW Madison School of Pharmacy in 2011 and am currently a Pharmacist Clinical Specialist, Ambulatory with SSM – Dean Medical Group. In this role, I support both the internal and family medicine departments at my clinic. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to help patients improve their overall health by assisting in the management of chronic disease. In my current role I have the opportunity to practice at the top of my license, using collaborative practice agreements to independently manage my patient panel. I am particularly passionate about reducing polypharmacy and diabetes care in the geriatric population. I very much enjoy working in this multidisciplinary setting and love that I get to establish meaningful relationships with members of my primary care team and my patients.
