• Dr. Jennifer Johnson is a family medicine physician based in Boulder, CO. She graduated from the University of Colorado School of Medicine Anschutz Medical Campus in 2004 and completed her residency St Anthony Family Medicine Program in 2007. She has served as a physician at Boulder Internal Medicine since 2019 and was previously with Foundation Health from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, she worked for Longmont United Hospital in Family Medicine and OB/GYN from 2012-2016 and for Clinica Family Health Services from 2007-2012. Her experience includes family and internal medicine, integrative medicine, gynecology (non-surgical), hormone replacement therapy, and nutrition assessment. Dr. Johnson received the Physician Practice Connections and Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance from 2010 to 2013.
