- I was born in Texas and raised in California. My undergraduate degree is in psychology and I have a master's degree in counseling psychology. I spent 6 years in the Army as a Chemical Officer. My past employment includes working for a medical technology company, in education and in drug/alcohol counseling. I am currently pursing a career in Family Medicine. My family includes my husband, daughters and dogs. I enjoy reading, eating and attending the theatre.
