• 🤔 As an advisor for healthcare innovators, I leverage my extensive clinical, entrepreneurial, and leadership experience to help shape the future of healthcare. I current advise LunaJoy Health, PsychNow, and NewCo at Healthcare Foundry, three companies that are transforming the delivery and quality of mental health care through technology, data, and collaboration. I am a Co-Founder of Belong Health, a made-for-purpose healthcare company that serves vulnerable populations through health plan partnerships and ACO-REACH.

I have a dual background as an MD/PhD in neuroscience and a board-certified psychiatrist, which gives me a unique perspective on the biological and psychological aspects of human behavior and health.
  
  🤝 I have a proven track record as an entrepreneur, having founded and grown a clinical organization from inception to exit, and as a national C-level leader, having led teams to create and innovate clinical programs in various settings.

I am a best-selling author of "Work Smart", a book on how to use brain and behavior science to work smarter. My second book, "Moral Injury : Healing the Healers" focuses on the clinician crisis facing the American healthcare system today.
  
  ⚕ I am a practicing psychiatrist with a focus on caring for other physicians with mental health needs, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, burnout, and moral injury.
