During residency, he was recognized for his surgical skills and was awarded the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons resident achievement award. Dr. Klein developed an interest in reproductive disorders and subsequently completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Columbia -Presbyterian Medical Center. He has received many academic awards during his studies and training, including the prestigious Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical Education Award.
