Summary
- I am a board-eligible general neurosurgeon with additional interest in spinal surgery. In residency, I pursued enfolded fellowship training in adult and pediatric spinal deformities. I try to pursue the most conservative treatments for my patients, focusing on non-operative measures whenever possible, and preferring motion-preservation and minimally invasive techniques when surgery is needed. In addition to spine surgery, I maintain an active peripheral nerve and pain practice, focusing on nerve decompression and neuromodulation for pain, as well as both decompression and ablation procedures for trigeminal neuralgia.
I maintain a busy hospital practice, taking trauma, stroke, and general neurosurgery call within the Mount Carmel hospital system. I have particular interest in brain tumors, vascular malformations, and cranial trauma.
