Summary
- Welcome to my bio. I’m board-certified in neurology and sleep medicine. My passion is to help people sleep well for optimizing health, wellness, and human performance — to reach our fullest potential by relieving suffering and applying cutting-edge science and technology.
I have experience with acoustics, so I’m often asked to help with noise-induced sleep disruption, including technological solutions for hospital, home and hotel.
I also have experience in medical aspects of scuba diving injuries and rescue operations, as I am both fellow-trained in wilderness medicine, and a firefighter, rescue diver, swiftwater technician and subject-matter expert on neurological aspects of combat for the defense department.
I volunteer as a rescue (scuba) diver and firefighter.
