Dr. Jay Levin is an anesthesiologist based in Phoenix, AZ. He obtained his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in 2002, completed an internship in Surgery at Tufts Medical Center, and ultimately completed his residency and fellowship in Cardiac Anesthesiology at Johns Hopkins University from 2003 - 2006. He was an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Johns Hopkins until leaving in June 2008. Since 2008, he has held concurrent positions as an anesthesiologist at Banner - University Medical Center Phoenix (Clinical Assistant Professor University of Arizona), St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, Banner Heart, Banner Desert, Banner Thunderbird, Banner Estrella, Honorhealth Osborn, Deer Valley, and Shea Medical Center and is employed with Valley Anesthesiology Consultants, a division of Envision Healthcare.
