Summary

  • I am the Associate Chief of Pediatric Cardiology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and Le Bonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. My expertise in pediatric cardiology focuses on advanced cardiovascular imaging where I serve as the Director of Cardiac MRI at both Le Bonheur Children's Hospital and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. I have years of experience in cardiac MRI, cardiac CT, and all forms of echocardiography (fetal, transesophageal, 3D, intracardiac). My clinical and research interests focus mainly on the utility of cardiac MRI to evaluate cardiovascular disease in children and young adults. I am an associate editor for the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Case of the Week. I am active in multiple research projects utilizing advanced imaging to evaluate cardiovascular disease in children and young adults across various disease processes. I have an active general pediatric cardiology clinic in East Memphis, Tennessee, and enjoy the variety that an advanced imaging pediatric cardiology practice offers.
