My role as a provider and manager is to provide leadership, vision, organization, and strategies to achieve a continuum of care that improves the outcomes of our patients and residents. This is maintained by having the highest quality staff, providing constant education, and supporting our employees.
  I am passionate about improving patient outcomes, both medically and psychosocially, while providing them the best possible outcome on their discharge home. The goal is to improve their function and quality of life. I strive to bring joy, happiness, and peace to those we touch.
