Summary
- My career as a fracture fixation specialist is rewarding for many reasons. Working at Vanderbilt allows me to play an integral role in helping to educate tomorrow's leaders in the field of orthopaedic surgery. We are constantly pushing the boundaries of our technical capacities to provide the best possible patient centered outcomes. My clinically relevant research is focused on providing insight into procedural complications and technique refinement. Practicing at a large Level 1 Trauma Center and regional referral center allows me to care for the most seriously injured patients acutely, but also provide a expert resource for colleagues outside of the academic environment managing patients with particularly complex injuries.
