- I am a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Hematology at the University of Washington and serve as Assistant Medical Director of Inpatient Oncology Services at the University of Washington Medical Center. I have expertise in the management of patients with hematologic malignancies receiving transplant and non-transplant therapies. I also have an interest in benign hematology. I am an Affiliate Investigator in the Clinical Research Division at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center where my research interests focus on therapeutic approaches to myeloid disorders. I am board-certified in hematology, medical oncology, and internal medicine. Prior to pursuing a career in medicine, I had a 10-year career as a chemical engineer where my areas of expertise included pyrolysis, distillation, and adsorption processes.
