- I am a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Hematology and Oncology at the University of Washington and serve as Assistant Medical Director for Inpatient Oncology Services at the University of Washington Medical Center and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. I have expertise in the management of patients with hematologic malignancies receiving transplantation, chemotherapy, and immune-based therapies, including cellular therapy. I also have an interest in classical hematology and in hematologic complications after solid organ transplantation, including graft-versus-host disease. I am board-certified in hematology, medical oncology, and internal medicine. Prior to pursuing a career in medicine, I had a 10-year career as a chemical engineer where my areas of expertise included pyrolysis, distillation, and adsorption processes.
