His training continued with an internship in Internal Medicine, a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and a fellowship in Pain Management at Loma Linda University and its affiliated hospitals.

    Dr. Lewis serves as the medical director of Northwest Spine and Pain Medicine and the Northwest Center for Regenerative and Performance Medicine, where he integrates evidence-based pain management, regenerative therapies, and longevity-focused interventions to help patients regain function and improve quality of life. In addition to his clinical work, he is an assistant clinical professor in pain medicine at WSU School of Medicine and an attending physician for the Providence St. Luke’s Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency program, where he mentors the next generation of physicians.

    Recognized for his dedication to patient care, Dr. Lewis has been consistently ranked among Spokane’s top pain doctors since 2022. He is also actively engaged in research and medical education, with multiple scientific publications in pain medicine and a strong commitment to advancing the field through lectures and professional development.

    Beyond his clinical and academic work, Dr. Lewis is the host of The Rare Wellness Podcast, where he explores regenerative medicine, longevity, and performance optimization in concise, insightful episodes.
