Summary
- As the Chief Transformation Officer at HonorHealth, I leverage my MD and MBA degrees to connect our efforts around innovation, digital and brand to enhance our consumer experience as well as improve the caregiver experience. With over a decade of senior executive experience and over 20 years of clinical experience, I have a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities of digital healthcare in a complex and dynamic environment.
I see patients as an attending in our IM residency practice and I successfully built and implemented HonorHealth's first transformation strategy. That strategy included the creation of H2Go, a customer digital platform that achieved top quartile results in patient engagement in less than two years. I also co-created HonorHealth Innovations, a healthcare company incubator and investment group embedded within the health system. In addition, I have advanced our enterprise analytics capability, led our digital clinical response to the COVID pandemic, and played a leading role in transforming the organization through effective governance, accountability, and better decision making. My leadership style is focused on delivering results by building consensus with peers, inspiring my direct reports to grow to their potential, and motivating those around me to reach our goals.
