Principal investigator in the EVOLVE trial - largest ever on-label clinical trial of vertebral augmentation in Medicare aged patients.

--diagnostic testing accuracy for vertebral fragility fracture (VFF)
--non-primary osteoporosis, risk factor identification and management
--fracture risk reduction for VFF
--perceived failures after vertebral augmentation
--vertebral augmentation and sacroplasty registries
My private practice is focused on clinical osteoporosis and pain management. We provide comprehensive medical osteoporosis management as well as treating pain in so called 'hopeless cases,' failed back surgery syndrome or revision after perceived failure following outside vertebral augmentation. I also see a lot of tertiary referrals for treating recurrent fracture as well as vertebra plana, retropulsion, and other relative contraindications.
