- I am board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. I am also a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. I hold several leadership positions in the community and currently the Chief of the Department of Plastic Surgery at Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, FL. I am the past president of the Broward County Society of Plastic Surgery and long-standing member of the Southeastern and American Societies of Plastic Surgery. I earned a BA/MD degree with honors at Boston University. After general surgical training, I did plastic surgery in London England at Mount Vernon Hospital and at Temple University Health Science Center in Philadelphia, PA. I then completed a fellowship in cosmetic plastic surgery with the internationally renowned plastic surgeons, Thomas Baker and Howard Gordon, in Miami, FL. Since finishing my training in 1995 I have been in continuous private practice in Hollywood.
