Summary

  • I am retired. I stay busy training for triathlon which I do during the summers since 2010. I have been to USA nationals x 3 and to one world championship on the USA team. During my last year's of practice I lived on and ran a ranch where I raised cattle and goats.

In May 2023 I had an unfortunate accident when a retaining wall fell on me, crushing my sacrum and pelvis. Recovery is slow, but good, although nerve root damage resulted in extensive sensory and motor loss. I can walk well with a left leg brace.
