• Dr. James Orlando is a cardiologist in Manahawkin and Toms River, NJ. He received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, his Internal Medicine Residency at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, his Cardiology Fellowship training at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, including a Chief Medical Resident year.
