Summary
- I am a neurologist who completed residency at the University of Colorado, during which time I served as the housestaff representative in the clinical excellence and patient safety committee within the UCH system and as a housestaff association executive board member. I had the incredibly rewarding opportunity to work with experts within most subspecialties of neurology currently recognized, given a diverse faculty and representation from what amounts to all accredited (and some yet nascent) subspecialties of neurology. These included neuropalliative care, neuromuscular disorders, pediatric and adult epilepsy, vascular neurology and stroke, neuro-ophthalmology, movement disorders, nonepileptic spells, general neurology, neuroinfectious disease, and behavioral neurology. These clinics were distributed across three hospital networks of various business models, including private care, with a catchment area including four states.
After a fellowship in Epilepsy and a fellowship in Behavioral Neurology and Neuropsychiatry, I am practicing in Utah as a general neurologist, a cognitive neurologist, and an epileptologist on an outpatient basis.
