• Board Certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine. I manage a panel of approximately 2000 adult and elderly patients and provide treatment for chronic diseases including Obesity, DM-2, ASCVD, HTN and arthritis, plus acute conditions such as sports injuries, infections, etc. I have 2 years of experience co-managing a team of physicians and partner with a team of pharmacists and administrators to strategize and improve the care of 250,000 affiliated patients using population care and health management tools utilizing HEDIS and NCQA metrics, develop workflows for physicians and back-office staff, and provide educational support to aid in meeting our goals. I also have 6 years of experience chairing the Credentials and Privileging Committee at my medical center.
