- Dr. Jadene Wong is a pediatrician based in Palo Alto, CA, who completed her medical education at the University of California San Diego School of Medicine and her pediatrics residency at Stanford University. She practiced in primary care community settings for more than 20 years. Dr. Wong is Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Neonatal and Developmental Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine. She is a neonatal hospitalist attending physician in the Intermediate Care Nursery at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford.
Dr. Wong is recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is a Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) instructor and is involved in the Helping Babies Breathe (HBB) global resuscitation program.
Dr. Wong's interests include providing comprehensive, equitable care to infants with Neonatal Opioid Withdrawal Syndrome (NOWS) and supporting primary care providers in their care of infants and children born preterm. Dr. Wong has been involved with the California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative (CPQCC) since 2018, initially with the Mother Baby Substance Exposure Initiative Task Force. She is co-author of the Mother Baby Substance Exposure Toolkit, the Primary Care for Preterm Infants and Children Toolkit, and the NOWS Toolkit.
