- I am a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon. Having trained at the Hospital for Special Surgery, Cornell Medical Center, I had been in private practice continuously for 34 years, in Manhattan, NY. until I joined the staff of Mt. Sinai Medical Center in 2013. I'm now the Chief of General Orthopaedics at Mt. Sinai Beth Israel and an Associate Clinical Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the Icon School of Medicine of Mt. Sinai Medical Center, New York, NY. I’m the Emeritus Chief of Orthopedic Surgery at Beth Israel North.
